Carle & Carle Properties is a family-run business that has been renting storage units, studios, apartments, and residences in the City of Santa Cruz for over a half-century. Today, the company has approximately 30 unique properties that it manages and owns, translating to nearly 100 unique rental units. The company takes pride in its value pricing and its tenant support team that addresses each tenant's needs rapidly and effectively.
I have worked for Carle & Carle Properties since February, 2017, as the Property Manager for each of its properties. It has not only been my pleasure working with the Carle's throughout these years, but with our tenant family, as well. The Carle's have continued to uphold their reputation for fairness, value and expedient service. As the family has maintained a limited web footprint to this current day by continuing to do business the old fashioned way, I have taken it upon myself to provide prospective tenants with a virtual "meet up point" right here--a place where they can always visit to see available rental listings. Our "go-to" advertising platform is on Zillow where prospects can locate our various listings mixed in with the aggregate of all other Santa Cruz rental properties available. So, the ultimate purpose of this page is to establish a basic hub of all of our "Coming Soon" and "Available Today" properties, with links to the respective Zillow ads, all on a single web page.
Complete an application and return it to us if you are interested in a particular property. There are no application fees of any kind. Please do not forget to sign and date at the bottom of page 2. You may provide additional documents (e.g. pay stubs, reference letters, bank account balances, etc.) with your rental packet. Please return your packet either through our mail slot at 314 Soquel Avenue, Santa Cruz, or email your documents to email@example.com.

All of our residential properties are subject to AB 1482 which must adhere to California's "Just Cause" Eviction (Civil Code 1946.2) and Rent Control (Civil Code 1947.12) Laws
Month-to-month rental agreements (but we encourage long-term tenants)
First full month rent plus deposit to move in
We perform credit checks and eviction histories on viable prospects
We accept co-signers who have high credit scores and income sources
Scheduled viewing appointments unless noted differently in the ad
No application fees
Section 8, veteran, and homeless advocacy groups are all welcome
